With a diverse background in both finance and healthcare, for the last 11 years I have specialised in overseeing the operational aspects of patient care facilities, ensuring that customer care is provided to the highest standard. With experience in Healthcare Coordination including the management and recruitment of health staff, I understand the value of ensuring that those caring for patients have the right values, skills, training and professional knowledge to ensure care is optimised at each touchpoint. I have extensive experience in strategy development, procedural management, and organisational techniques to provide a high standard of care. Currently, as the Clinic Manager for Sussex Medical Chambers, I have overall responsibility for the Compliance Programme of the business, ensuring that we deliver services in accordance with CQC regulations and the highest industry standards.
